Louisiana Office of Tourism will be bringing some southern heat to London, with a tasting of TABASCO Raspberry Chipotle flavoured ice-cream at Waterloo Station from 6th – 9th July.
For the first time ever, British commuters and consumers alike will be able to get their hands on one of TABASCO’s most unusual offerings, their Raspberry Chipotle sauce, blended with soft serve ice-cream for a delicious Louisiana infused treat.
Along with ice-cream, visitors to the station will be able to sample some iconic Louisiana Hot Sauce staples, including the world-famous TABASCO Original Hot Sauce, the unique and clear Panola Clearly Hot Sauce, The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce, Swamp Dragon Liquor Hot Sauce, Slap Ya Mama Cajun Sauce, and D.a.T SaUcE.
Hot Sauce fans can now book their own Louisiana Hot Sauce Trail itinerary through tour operator, America As You Like It. Coming in at a fiendish 666 miles, this trail is the first of its kind, and takes you through the hot beds of Louisiana Hot Sauce production, including Avery Island, the home of TABASCO, Ville Platte, Lake Providence and of course, New Orleans. Louisiana-style Hot Sauce typically combines chillies, vinegar and salt, giving it a tangy, spicy flavour profile. TABASCO Raspberry Chipotle ice-cream and Louisiana Hot Sauce tastings will be available on the main concourse of London Waterloo Station between 11:00am and 7:00pm on Thursday 6th July and Friday 7th July, and 10:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday 8th July and Sunday 9th July (subject to availability, while stocks last).
